1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phsuper ("phsuper," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phsuper online gaming platform available at https://phsuper.co and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phsuper reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the phsuper Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during each gaming session.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of phsuper or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

phsuper reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS ID). Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending documentation, and any winnings accumulated during that period may be withheld pending resolution.

Fraudulent misrepresentation of age or identity will result in immediate permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds therein, without prejudice to any civil or criminal remedies available under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access real-money gaming features, you must register a phsuper account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phsuper account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or through the use of aliases, shared devices, or proxy services, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phsuper reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phsuper shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures. You must notify phsuper immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phsuper reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that are inactive for extended periods, accounts associated with fraudulent activity, and accounts in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

phsuper accepts deposits via the payment methods published on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit is ₱100. phsuper does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where technically unavailable, in which case phsuper may require alternative verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing.

phsuper processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within an average of fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within the same business day. phsuper does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phsuper reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending verification of the source of funds, compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phsuper may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all phsuper Promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and become withdrawable only after applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• phsuper reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Attempting to abuse Promotions through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other methods constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.
• phsuper reserves the right to apply fair use limits to any player it reasonably believes is abusing Promotion terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

phsuper is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the potential for harm associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, accessible from the Account Settings section after phsuper login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a specified gaming session duration.
• Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend gaming activity for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected (minimum 6 months) and will result in the immediate closure of your account and cancellation of all active bonuses.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the phsuper Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or disconnection, phsuper reserves the right to void affected bets and return wagers to the player's balance. phsuper shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. Game outcomes displayed on the Platform are final once a round has been completed without error.

Attempting to exploit game glitches, use software tools to gain unfair advantage, engage in collusion with other players or dealers, or manipulate any aspect of the phsuper Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under applicable Philippine law.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phsuper Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorized.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks with payment providers while retaining gaming funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing your phsuper login credentials with any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phsuper Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data, is the proprietary property of phsuper or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phsuper Platform without prior written consent from phsuper.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsuper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phsuper has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phsuper's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsuper account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phsuper's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phsuper Platform shall first be submitted to phsuper's Customer Resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
